Daily Duties at Rcg Information Technology:
Senior Account Executive Responsible for selling IT Solutions and Staffing Services (project management, web services, business intelligence, application development/management, and testing) to Florida-based companies. Provided IT consultants on “time and material” or “fixed-price” basis for project and contract/staff augmentation work. Met and exceeded yearly revenue goals. Prospected for new accounts through cold calling, client referrals and networking events. Was effective in creating, nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and consultants. Ensured growth within accounts by exceeding client expectations and ensuring 100% satisfaction with consultant and RCG IT's services. Clients included: Large Hospitality and Entertainment Companies, National Timeshare Vacation Companies, Locally based Restaurant Company, Local Pharmaceutical Company, Banking Software Companies and City and County Government Agencies. Florida Recruiting Manager Managed three (3) Recruiters within the Florida Region. Trained new recruiters on the RCG IT recruitment process, worked with the corporate office to ensure all internal and external Human Resource policies and procedures were followed. In addition to managing, also continued with the tasks associated with recruiting candidates for Orlando-based opportunities. Technical Recruiter Responsible for the recruitment of both full-time and W-2 consultants for Florida-based projects and opportunities. The recruitment process included: search, selection, interview, technical screening/testing and background/reference checks on all chosen consultants. Participated in user groups, job fairs and networking events in order to gain access to qualified candidates.
