Daily Duties at Strategic Staffing Solutions:
Responsible for selling IT Staffing and Solution Services to Florida based companies. Prospected, developed and established new accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals and participation in business organizations. Presented service capabilities to prospective C-level decision makers and existing clients by telephone and through in-person meetings. Negotiated with clients on terms and pricing of new and renewed contracts. Managed billable consultants on the client site. Provided quality management of accounts to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction, generating additional growth and use of services within these accounts. Clients included: State Government Agencies, Local Utility Companies, Specialty Pharmacy, and various Orlando-based Hospitality and Entertainment Companies.
