Daily Duties at Blue Rhino Corporation:

Immediately upon joining Company, took charge of the company’s reengineering and restructuring of the business model. Directed company’s migration from a vertical to virtual business model. Managed transition team activity in redefining jobs and in eliminating a number of positions, including that of the president. Worked with former McKinsey Consultant to map strategies and discuss company direction. Restructured finance, accounting and other Company divisions, including hiring a new Controller and establishing a streamlined reporting system. Teamed with legal staff to create a distributor business model and agreement and worked with VP of Operations to meet with and secure new distributor business. • Restructured entire business model and accompanying processes, helping company to move into new distributorship model nationwide. • Prepared new business model financing plan and led presentations to private investor groups to secure additional financing. Instituted a new reporting system requiring all financials be reported regularly to the Company’s revised Board of Directors, venture capital group, and high net worth individual investors. • Prepared Company to be a publicly reporting entity.
