Daily Duties at Strand Capital Group, Llc:
Establish and oversee all operations, sales, and financial activity for the construction, sale, and management of resort properties. Coordinate meetings with government entities, architects, financial institutions, and general contractors. Develop financial plans to secure project funding. Work with GCs, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and landscape architects to establish workflows and cost structures. Conduct regular financial analyses and update project costs/timelines as needed. Team with attorneys to draft contracts and resolve ongoing project/architect/contractor issues.
