Established operations and administratively managed office ;prepared bids and proposals; assisted project managers on site; scheduled materials delivery; maintained files on all sub’s making sure all were properly insured and licensed where necessary; assisted architects in scheduling meetings with town boards in supporting projects for developers; reviewed vendor invoices for accuracy and approved for payment; tracked hours of laborers; prepared payroll; scheduled and met with town officials for inspections; performed final walk thru’s with purchasers prior to closing.
