Assistant to CFO/President - US Operations Intense Calendar management promoting prime use of President’s time; designed, rolled out and tracked team member SOX Compliant coursework for Finance team member organization; assisted in developing on boarding schedules for new executive hires in President’s organization; assisted in managing logistics for global teleconferences, including design of presentations; created and tracked surveys following event; monitored e mail and rerouted where necessary. E mail was addressed and vacated each day. Assistant to Leader Global External Tracked and maintained $2.5 million communications budget through Excel; processed expense records and invoices via Oracle software program; managed Leader’s calendar, made travel arrangements (Expedia Corporate), conference reservations; set up workshops and designed presentations in PowerPoint; monitored two global communications e mailboxes and re directed where necessary; monitored competitor news on the web and tracked coverage of D&B news, globally; assisted in preparation of media pieces to shareholders and the public; prepared news blasts via IR Channel website; coordinated simultaneous telecasts with Internal Communications Leader; assisted Director of Investor Relations in prep of quarterly earnings press release and analyst's teleconference; set up and managed logistics thereof; maintained Investor Relations and Foundation pages of company website utilizing Microsoft Front Page. Program Administrator for D&B Foundation: Sought out opportunities for brand recognition through Corporate Foundation grants channeling funds to those organizations meeting the mission of the Foundation; administered budget of $500,000 appropriating funds to organizations meeting mission; researched, reviewed and submitted recommendations to Executive Director for approval of grants; managed Foundation’s Matching Gift Program, and processed requests for payment thereof.
