Daily Duties at Education Dynamics:
Multi-million dollar entrepreneurial company growing through acquisitions to enhance and expand the business. Company provides online support services to colleges and universities in their efforts to capture, enroll and retain students in advancement of their careers by developing specialized interactive software programs that will enable colleges to achieve their recruitment and retention objectives and students their educational goals. Established office protocol; set up filing system; planned, developed, managed all corporate meetings and events; negotiated corporate rates at hotels, nationwide reducing corporate trips by thousands of dollars. Partnered with CFO to effectively manage communications with Board members and board meetings; arranged complex travel arrangements and itineraries for CEO, CFO and Senior Leaders; monitored corporate travel expenses via AMEX bringing operating expense in under budget; partnered with VP of Human Resources in developing a corporate culture.
