Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services / Algomod Consulting:
Consultant. This assignment involved completing several backlogged maintenance requests and also developing a direct store market analysis system to enable product costing within a hierarchy of stores, regions, and company-wide for an IBM client, Eckerd Pharmacy. Other responsibilities included production ABEND support and research, maintenance programming for Logistics and order fulfillment. Responsible for programming, testing, user acceptance and implementation. The environment was Windows NT 4.0, IBM Personal Communications, COBOL II, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VSAM, TSO/ISPF and MVS JCL.
