Estimated corporate revenue of over $2.5 million annually. • Investigated and resolved billing discrepancies for both Accounts Receivable and Payable. • Updated and assisted in design of company website (aboutjpmedia.com). • Entrusted with training of new employees. Created training manuals and shadowing programs. • Assisted in the development and upkeep of an electronic media library and client directory.
