Worked with commercial, consumer and international credit reporting agencies, including Experian, Experian Small Business, TRW, Equifax, Equifax Eport Small Business, and Dunn and Bradstreet, as well as with lenders within the Regional Northeast. Recommended action on delinquent accounts by analyzing paying practices of customers Designed and delivered courses to assist in training and development of new employees. Developed and participated in education, training and awareness activities as part of the fraud prevention program. Processed credit and activation reports.
