Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex LLC, Cheswold, Delaware 1983 - 2003 Leading manufacturer of adhesives, coatings, performance and polyester resins for the coating, textile, construction, transportation, marine, and graphic arts markets. Senior Operator (2002-2003) Responsible for monitoring polymerization of latex processes to ensure product quality. Prioritized job duties and supervised operators in charging reactors and daily operations. Prepared all equipment for tank entry and safety requirements. Scheduled maintenance mechanics to perform routine repairs, major inspections of equipment and preventive maintenance. Monitored process hazard analyses (PHA) with engineers for charging and handling of raw materials. Performed process safety analyses (PSA) throughout operations. Used SAP system for inventory management of raw materials.
