Duties included providing tax, trust and charitable planning strategies for high net worth individuals and entities. Along with the preparation of individual, partnership, trust, private foundation, and corporate income tax returns. Drafted legal correspondence/responses to IRS. Updated training materials and PowerPoint presentation on Alternative Minimum Tax for training presentation for approximately twenty new tax associates. Ensured faster resolution of divorce proceeding by creating customized excel spreadsheets of all financials. As Senior Associate, had to supervise newer associates on projects.
