 Oversaw the daily operational procedures for a 425,000-square-foot central distribution center; established daily and programmatic work objectives and assigned work as needed  Managed the implementation of two distribution system startups and one shutdown in a six-month period for Con Agra Foods  Provided 3PL leadership for the roll out of Con Agra dry food distribution facilities for operations and warehouse management systems  Created and implemented a warehouse management system, developed standard operating procedures and a Business Process Review (BPR) process
