Daily Duties at Humana Tricare:
Provided counseling to more than 500 clients concerning TRICARE benefits, including enrollment procedures, eligibility, and steerage and Department of Defense/TMA policy. Prepared and presented weekly TRICARE briefings to more than 50 prospective customers. Processed over 100 documentation into Contact Management System (CMS) and INFOrm with 100% accuracy. Assisted with enrollments, disenrollments, portability and Primary Care Manager changes. I assisted in the preparation, evaluation and assessment of reports to review trends and analyze reports on TRICARE benefits for active duty reservists. I made suggestions to improve reporting and educational concerns to reservist and family members alike to improve service and review concerns. Served as an advisor on a wide range of TRICARE benefit programs including TRICARE Basic Program, Exceptional Family Member Program, TRICARE Dental Program. TRICARE for life, Medicare, and the TRICARE Overseas Program. Which include TRICARE Prime, Standard and Extra both CONUS and OCONUS, TRICARE Reserve Select. I was able to resolve complex and diverse problems relating to access to health care for members form multiple health care regions. Assisted benefices in Debt Collection Assistance. Researched claims issues for beneficiaries, with open communication troubleshoot health care benefits, claims and enrollments. Provided resolutions on exceedingly complicated, delayed, or inappropriately handles claims using TIP. Counseled and trained beneficiaries on using HMHS(Humana Military Health Services) technology, to include IVR options, HMHS (Humana Military Health Services) web site capabilities, and TRICARE.osd.mil functionality. Demonstrated full knowledge and capability of CMS.
