Daily Duties at Lithonia Lighting :
Recruited to manage sourcing for global leader manufacturing the largest lighting equipment supply for commercial, industrial, outdoor, and residential applications... Oversaw multiple commodities for six electronic cost centers across (9) domestic and international facilities with $30 million budget. Challenged to develop and implement innovative global sourcing strategies to sustain operational support to steer quality production; identified and drove opportunities for commodity expansion. Scope of responsibility included MRO, contract services and manufacturing, and business support functions. Appointed as Project Leader; structured and negotiated procurement agreements, and led ISO certification.
