Provided leadership needed to significantly expand operations servicing the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Established and performed all management, logistical, financial and administrative functions including adherence to all DOT vehicle and driver regulations Established cross training of installation/delivery teams to better serve the consumer base while eliminating field installation/delivery issues Worked with a fourteen store retailer on a routing software upgrade to better service customers across Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Established guidelines for product installation/delivery by personally providing direct installation services to the customer for three years Perform daily job routing, scheduling and dispatching for all installation/delivery teams Conducted all post delivery customer satisfaction phone calls and used customer input to improve the installation/delivery procedures
