Daily Duties at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Incorporated:
Training Assistant Specialist (April 09 - Present) - Assist in the completion of student pilot and sensor operator training qualification. Aircrew Resource Management (ARM) Specialist (Nov 08 – April 09) - Served as a backfill during low manning period to assist with procedures and forms for maintaining pilot qualification and currency data, coordinated and completed Flight Authorization approvals and resolve any qualifications issues that have been identified. Flight Operations Scheduler (May 2008 – Nov 08)- Managed, coordinated and scheduled developmental test and evaluation and training of Unmanned Aircraft (UAV), multiple aircrew personnel and test parameters. Resolved real time test flight discrepancies and aircrew conflicts, projected test and training flight hours, and coordinated flight authorizations for aircrew members.
