Daily Duties at Shaw Industries Group, Inc.:
Manage the following: Plant Clinic, Worker Compensation Program, Disease Management Programs, Facility Health and Wellness Programs/Activities, Occupational Hearing Conservation Program, New Employee Physicals, Employee Medical Records, First Aid Team / First Responders, and Wellness Committee. Serve as active member of plant's Safety Leadership Organization & Ergonomics Committees. Serve as active member of corporate nursing's Steering Committee, Wellness Committee and co-chair regional nurses. Healthcare provider to approx 400 employees. On-call 24/7.
