Daily Duties at Qwest:
Project Manager for all aspects of the long distance IVR for sales and customer service. Route Customer Service calls for 16 internal call centers and 2 vendor sites, for the local customer service department within 14 states. Route Customer Service and Sales calls to a vendor site’s for Long Distance customer service department outside 14 state local region. Maintain 8xx database of active and in-active 8xx numbers. Responsible for ordering new 8xx numbers for sales and customer service. Forecast call volume for long distance Sales and Customer Services vendor sites
