Daily Duties at Cleveland Skating Club:

Ensure all meals are prepared following recipes and guidelines established fo the Cleveland Skating Club. *Made sure plates were attractively presented by using appropriate placement and garnishes as necessary *Followed through completion and execution of every item leaving the broiler station to assure each item is labeled with (time, room, function)information. *Ensure a smooth running operation, high quality food and maximum production during shift. *Fabricated meat, fish, and polutry and portioned lunch and dinner items according to restaurant specifications.
