Responsible for setting up production line for breakfast,lunch, and dinner rush hours on a daily basis. * Prepared soups and stocks on daily basis *Received and checked all deliveries in the morning on scheduled days of delivery. *Followed recipes portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. *Restock all items as needed prior to an throughout shift.
