Daily Duties at Progressive Field:

*Ensure a smooth running oreration, high quality food and maximum production during shift. *Prepare soups,stocks, and sauces on a daily basis according to company recipes and personal judgement. *Check stock food and other suppplies daily and make required requisitions daily. *Comply with company policies and regarding scheduling, uniform, training, abseteeism and tardiness. *Ensure all cooked and prepared food items in my department are served to our guest at their finest quality, to organize my station, to help control food cost in order to achieve and or surpass budget goals and profits as well as establish hot and cold food qualilty and artistry at its finests.
