Daily Duties at Brooks Automation:
Managed all order fulfillment, direct customer relationship building, held group training sessions on import/export requirements to group, directed ISO/SOX 404 audits, chaired CIP- continuous improvement process and COB - clean order booking, compiled all division bookings and distributed to top management. Also managed RMA and Time and Material project orders. Exec Assistant- Scheduled meetings, travel, interviews, and appointments. Prime contact for sales force, answered phones and assisted visitors. Contract log and management. Order processing, escalation, issue resolution.
