Managed a 5 person staff for purchasing and designing New Waccamaw stores. Purchased Store Fixtures, shopping carts,displays for all stores. Designed sales floor per prototype by auto cad design system. Created block plans for merchants to plan their merchandise schemes. Procured all exisisting fixtures and supplies for warehouse.
