Daily Duties at Chicago Boys & Girls Clubs:
Coordinated direct mail campaign, preparations for “Man of the Year” dinner and silent auction, and fund-raising golf outing. Prepared correspondence, managed executive and volunteer calendars, coordinated volunteer activities, prepared contribution reports, updated volunteer statistics, prepared budgets for corporate review, set project and task priorities, managing schedules. NOTE: Personal assistant to Bonnie Swearingen as outgrowth of fund-raising activities.
