Daily Duties at Sonic Rim Llc:
• Contribute towards deepening customer insight through definition of innovation areas • Assist in recruiting participants and scheduling research related activities. • Provide support in field research that used ethnographic methods, including interviews, observations and video ethnographies. • Analyze data using standard qualitative methods, including drafting of field notes, coding data, and developing thematic narratives. • Assist in developing models and frameworks that communicated patterns, processes, regularities and meanings observed during research • Help project teams develop contextual understanding and use scenarios • Help project teams communicate research results through project briefs, story boards, and Power Point presentations • Help to promote the role of user research among product designers, engineers and stakeholders
