Daily Duties at Move Inc.:
• Plan and conduct: usability testing, consumer interviews, contextual inquiry and field studies. • Recruit and conduct lab-based usability studies • Present usability study results (reports, video and other presentation materials) and actionable recommendations grounded on research • Serve as a user advocate through the product development cycle • Work in collaboration with Interaction and Visual designers to define, analyze and refine design artifacts • Advocate user centered design by incorporating quantitative and qualitative methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, web analytics, surveys and persona generation
