Project designer on a wide variety of projects including commercial, governmental, churches, schools, and residential. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, site surveys, structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design. Responsible for preparing construction documents. Coordinate plan check review process. Work closely with Architects and Consultants to ensure compliance with building codes and other regulatory agency requirements. Conduct on-site review of active construction projects and prepare construction administration documents.
