•Designed program based on grant/10-year plan (HOME) to address hmelessness in Wayne County. •Responsible for compliance/dissemination/evaluation of project information to Director/partners. •Cooperatively worked with TIL Director to ensure compliance of State of Michigan directed project. •Utilize the State of Michigan’s HALO program in order to verify/obtain applicant approval. •Coordinated/produced marketing efforts in the community order to inform/engage/solicit participants. •Ensure HQS/brief participants/landlords/agents of program guidelines for grant compliance purposes. •Implemented city, state & federal laws/practices for program/project/organizational compliance. •Liaison between emotionally/mentally impaired youth/s and outside agencies.
