Senior Business Analyst-Operations • Contributed to the overall success of the department, business development projects and special events, including operational support for PlayOn! and organizing the U.S.-Israel New Media Exchange conference. • Demonstrated strong cross functional compatible by working closely with Accounting and Finance, compiled and communicated analytical financial reporting; Human Resources, processed New Hire and Benefit reporting; Acquisitions and analysis of computers and AV equipment; Legal, assisting with Non-Disclosures Agreements and Contracts; and Properties, reviewing and remodeling departmental space requirements. . Administrative Manager / Project Manager-Gametap/IDE, Interactive Digital Entertainment/ID2, Interactive Digital Development/Online • Primary administrative/operations support and right-hand to the inventor and founder of GameTap, a broadband subscription-based gaming service, the first non-network product for TBS, from Phase I to market. • Contributed to the overall success of the department and successfully product launch in October 2005. • Secondary support for two Senior Vice Presidents of Entertainment Technology and Sports Technology, two Vice Presidents, four Directors and staff team members. • Managed all day-to-day operations worked closely with Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Acquisitions, Accounting, Legal and Properties departments. • Managed departmental budgets and financial reporting, consistently meeting targets. Administrative Manager-EnTech, Entertainment Technology • Reporting to Vice President and four Directors. • Directly supervised two Administrative Assistants. • Organization of all operations for the department of approximately 80 staff and contactors. • Prepared, reconciliation and maintenance of financial information for seven cost centers totaling $7.7 million of operating and capital expenses.
