Administrative Manager / Project Manager-Gametap/IDE, Interactive Digital Entertainment/ID2, Interactive Digital Development/Online • Primary administrative/operations support and right-hand to the inventor and founder of GameTap, a broadband subscription-based gaming service, the first non-network product for TBS, from Phase I to market. • Contributed to the overall success of the department and successfully product launch in October 2005. • Secondary support for two Senior Vice Presidents of Entertainment Technology and Sports Technology, two Vice Presidents, four Directors and staff team members. • Managed all day-to-day operations worked closely with Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Acquisitions, Accounting, Legal and Properties departments. • Managed departmental budgets and financial reporting, consistently meeting targets.
