Daily Duties at Angiotech, :
• Developed Acceptance Sampling Plan for a given population and for postproduction parts for varying sample size and reduced incoming inspection from 100% to sampling based on statistical data. • Investigated customer complaints for needle damage through experimental plans and studied the effects of various factors which were responsible for damaging the needles using Design of Experiments as a problem solving tool. • Performed root cause analysis, using 5 Why’s and Fishbone Diagrams, to investigate customer complaints and suggested immediate and long-term actions in order to prevent the complaints and increase customer satisfaction. • Developed the validation models for different needle groups.
