Daily Duties at Abbott Laboratories:
· Developed and implemented Signature Audit Program to ensure compliance with FDA Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA). · Managed staff, both in-house and off-site with the Third Party Vendor, with a budget of $0.75 million. · Developed IT system to support Investigation Review Board cases and the Office of Ethics and Compliance board review from identifying requirements and the user requirements, to the development, testing, training and deployment of the system. · Developed/monitored key performance indicators, analyzed compliance trends, and identified opportunities for improvements against corporate and industry standards.
