Provide administrative support to various partners and Managers/Sr. Managers and Team Leader for Assurance Executive Assistants. Duties include the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and reports, preparing proposals, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and databases, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports and client invoices, preparing meeting minutes. Also responsible for coordinating responsibilities for team members, maintaining vacation and sick leave schedules, preparing annual reviews for team members, providing coaching and assisting in the professional development of team members.
