Daily Duties at Merit Medical Systems, Inc/Mallinckrodt Medical:
Duties included providing administrative support to the Manager of Organizational Development in all areas of Human Resources including medical, dental, and life insurance; 401(k); and stock purchase program. Assist employees with issues regarding benefits and claims resolution. Assist in the hire and orientation of new employees. Maintained accurate records regarding FMLA, COBRA, and Worker’s Compensation. Maintained employee files. Assist all employees in areas where confidentiality is required. Assisted in the management of a transitional period following Merit’s purchase of Mallinckrodt’s catheter manufacturing facility (see below). Provided administrative support to the General Manager as needed.
