• Verizon Wireless VISION Project Message Processing System consultant (development, system test, implementation, production). • Integrated Information Management Services production support for General Motor's Technical Data Management Facility. • MCI Network Traffic Analysis System design of capacity and utilization calculations, on-line/batch reporting and historic processing following MCI's Corporate System Development Methodology (CSDM). • HOMES Billeting Maintenance and Management responsibilities included 24x7 help desk maintenance support to 50 global U.S. ARMY billet (hotel) site users, organizing the ECP-S life cycle, resolving problems and enhancements of the automated Billeting system. • Information Technology Instructor - SED Phase II: JCL, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and Account Simulation. • Structured analysis of U.S. Agency for International Development work requests, determination of system requirements, presentation of proposed solutions, coding, testing, verifying, and documenting changes to batch and on-line systems. Worked closely with Government Fund Accounting Subject Matter Expert. • Documentation Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Systems Engineer Technical Librarian for the Vertical Integration Automated Baseline (VIABLE) U.S. Army project.
