National Account Service Manager Responsible for nationwide perception of quality service and performance provided to largest and most influential clients.. •Act as liaison through which large customers express service needs and expectations. •Provided monthly reports and monitired clients telephpne switches.To deliver best in class type of reviews to address all switch and service issues/concerns. • Interacted with internal / external Managers on setting up of objectives and on time performance Metrics. • Met with clients on a monthly basis to review reports and/or any pending switch issues.
