Created maintenance tickets and assisted technical support with client outages and other concerns. Facilitated clients by adding them into the website database to enable clients with managing and maintaining their internal reports / billing concerns. Worked with Account Executives for new and existing orders, credit card and cable moves and rearranges. Monitored all cable circuits and node sites for alarms and outages. Worked with field technicians to for closure and customer satisfaction.
