Daily Duties at Cablevision:

Worked in call center on new advertisement accounts to ensure proper billing & service order placement. Verified the accuracy of ad articles, activation and training of client’s website portals. Confirmed and verified client signed contracts were accurately processed. Managed accounts receivables/payable in receipt of monthly payments. Created trouble tickets and worked with technical field service to trouble shoot and restore service outages.
