Daily Duties at Fed Ex Trade Network:
Coordinated and assisted incoming calls from clients with tracking of import/export of shipments. Managed and supported mail out of invoices to clients on release of documents for customs clearance and payment of approved receipt of shipment/ products. Followed up with clients on specified date of delivery Food Drug Administration, wildlife, manifest approval and customs clearance.
