Daily Duties at Saks Fifth Avenue:
I procees payments on account issue credit for returns as well as research payments and credits that customers say are missing. I cash personal checks for VIP customers, sell gift certifacts and make hotel and restaurant reservation. I also proviade sales information regarding delivery purchases and file claim in lost and misssing merchandise. I also proviade to customers information regarding products, department location,and designers we carry and their locations in the store. I also deal with customers complains which is one of the most chaleenging aspect of the job.The complains include non delivery of purchases, unsatisfactory merchandise and service and issue with sales employees.
