Daily Duties at Sage Software:
Directed product strategy for a $10M+ accounting and business management application, including feature determination, product roadmapping, product marketing and on-time product launches. Led cross-functional product team in successful development, sales and support of ERP product line. Trained as Product Owner in Agile Development methodology. Developed product positioning and go-to-market strategy based on market data to guide online and customer marketing campaigns. Partnered with SEO consultant to maximize traffic to website. Managed cross-product integration projects including CRM, HRMS, electronic payment processing and ecommerce products provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Interacted with cross-functional team including Support, Sales, Development, Marketing and Graphics to launch new versions of supported products.
