Daily Duties at Cinram (Wea Mfg):
• Performed all audio encoding, QC analysis, digital editing/correction, sound to picture corrections, format and timecode conversions. (Warner Bros., New Line Media, Lions Gate, HBO, Universal, LifeTime, Sundance Channel, Screen Media, etc.) • Performed DVD-Audio and DVD-Video authoring and title QC analysis. • Developed studio design, wiring, and equipment location/integration to optimize work flow and efficiencies. • Created and developed departmental ISO procedures and detailed training manual for audio processing. • Researched and developed new service offerings for DVD-ROM and DVD-Video and created and presented client demonstrations. • Responsible for developing, implementing and reporting Cinram and customer quality standards. • Served as technical contact for internal and external customer issues. • Maintained and calibrated all equipment. Maintained Software and Hardware updates (PC and Mac). • Maintained electronic database of all projects processed and delivered monthly reports for profit analysis and data tracking. • Established and maintained internal/external customer relationships to better improve quality, processes and production. • Responsible for troubleshooting and process analysis to determine root cause of title malfunction or playability issues.
