Daily Duties at Extra Space Storage:
Maintain a clean and presentable office and facility for potential customers and all visiting corporate persons. Marketing to many different types of businesses, for their business use or that of their customers. Make collection calls, monitor units in foreclosure status, run auction ad, handle vendors, and accounts payable as well as accounts receivable. Keep track of all company training and correspondence for myself and those who work with me. Many of my customers tell me that I am a bright spot in their day and have written compliment letters to my superiors, up to and including the owner of the company, stating that I am a very valuable asset the team.
