Managed and troubleshot all services including facility, office equipment, technology and telecommunications and worked with building management, landlords and vendors to make decisions tp provide resolutions to ensure that daily operations ran smoothly and efficiently. Coordinated facilities management to include purchasing furniture, supplies and equipment, and oversaw all moves, adds and changes to include build-outs for new and/or occupied spaces. Developed, updated and maintained a Disaster Recovery Plan and Emergency Site Evacuation programs and acted as the coordinator for compliance and training. Recruited, interviewed, hired and trained for support staff. Interacted with employees and Corporate Human Resources personnel and benefit providers to administer, implement and troubleshoot benefit programs. Worked with Corporate Human Resources on compensation systems, including grade structure, job evaluations and descriptions to maintain competitive packages. Advised managers on staff performance, reviews and attendnace issues to identify employee development and training needs. Managed a staff of three including office assistant, reception and mailroom clerk.
