Daily Duties at Abacus & Associates:

Provided administrative support to Chairman. Managed complex calendar, including coordination and prioritization of appointments for both business and personal calendar. Extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, conference coordination and itineraries. Organized and maintained files, correspondence and contact database. Corrdinated the management of multiple homes and event planning. Personal projects for Chairman and family as requested.
