Daily Duties at Compucom System:

 Support the Vice President of Information Technology and 20 staff members  Support the Vice President of Finance Department and 10 staff members  Order client equipment by researching quotes and requests  Coordinate travel arrangements for VP and department staff  Create detailed travel itineraries for VP  Prepare expense reports for department  Provide monthly detailed reports of inventory and expenditures  Order supplies and maintain inventory of fixed assets  Coordinate staff meetings and luncheons  Prepare meeting agenda and minutes  Provide inventory reports to accounts payable for payment processing Administrative Assistant  Exercise independent judgment, decision-making abilities and high level of confidentiality.  Collaborate with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues.  Act as liaison between management and field sales personnel to ensure proper communication.  Coordinate the interviewing process between management and ‘new hire’ candidates.  Assist out-of-town candidates with travel, hotel and car service arrangements.  Communicate well with external contacts to properly handle direction of business relations.  Distribute company literature and follow- up with meeting arrangements as needed  Provided assistance to vendor manager and contract administrator on all hardware and software purchases
