Daily Duties at Future Hardware Technology:

Human Resources- Recruit top notch quality employees for corporation from management level to production floor. Create employee files and process new hire paperwork. Conduct new hire orientation. Payroll and benefits administration. Coordinate training/development, and certification requirements per employment opportunities. Develop and implement corporate policies/procedures as appropriate to ensure employee safety. Perform internal audits for all departments insuring implementation of company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities: pay bills, order office supplies/equipment, coordinate building maintenance as needed. Accounts Payable- Review invoices with purchase orders/proof of delivery for accuracy. Address any discrepancies accordingly. Document and pay vendors according to payment terms. Accounts Receivable- Review invoices with purchase orders/proof of delivery for accuracy. Generate reports for CEO and process invoices according to payment terms. Post checks received. Review bank statements and conduct reconciliations. Conduct collections for aged accounts.
