Daily Duties at Hunter Employment Services:
Recruit and conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates for successful job placements. Perform extensive screening through employment verification, reference checks to ensure top quality employees. Utilize database and internet to identify potential candidates, external contacts, internet sources, and referrals. Create and maintain new hire documentation of company files both electronic/hard copy. Coach candidates for client interview process as needed. Conduct IQ tests, personality questionnaires, and a variety of assessments per customer requirements.
