Daily Duties at Interaction Associates:
Key internal and external contact for Business Development and Consulting departments from beginning to end phases of all projects • Assisted in meeting facilitation, team chartering and process roadmaps, and in delivery of basic training workshops • Responsible for editing all proposals and presentations • Handled all aspects of logistics and fulfillment for workshops and training • Customized and finalized all manuals and other written materials for client workshops and training, including Desktop Publishing. • Assisted Marketing Team with branding, collateral editing and distribution • Supported the President, Board of Directors, Client Relationship Manager and Learning Consultant. • Office management, supervised and trained administrative staff
