Daily Duties at Sos Staffing:

Responsible for inside operations of Mesa branch while supporting outside sales team. Inside Sales: conduct research for developing and expanding business relationships with current and potential clients, monitor personnel to ensure telemarketing calls are completed and successful. Develop and manage advertising/marketing resources for recruiting, staffing, and skill marketing. Coordinate and monitor recruiting/staffing for all accounts from executive level to general labor positions to guarantee quality assurance in order to meet/exceed client‘s needs. Payroll and billing activities. Ensure accurate record keeping for all new hire documentation, hard copy/electronic. Conduct audits to ensure compliance of company policies and procedures. Review, approve, and process expense items with advertising, office supplies, and overtime. Utilize company-endorsed programs to train new/existing staff to ensure career growth and personnel goals. Conduct daily meetings in regards to developing new/existing accounts, review open job orders, and status of potential skill marketing accounts.
